I invited nine of my closest friends to my flat and attempted to cook and serve each of them what I thought would be their ‘perfect’ sandwich.
I was not given any information in the lead up and the guests were kept separate from me by the partition of my kitchen wall during the entire performance.
Guests were given anonymous feedback forms to complete in secrecy which I collected after all sandwiches were finished.
I warned guests that they are not to ever reveal their true feelings about their sandwich to me.
The cooking was filmed on four simultaneously running GoPros.
