I invited nine of my closest friends to my flat and attempted to cook and serve each of them what I thought would be their ‘perfect’ sandwich.
I was not given any information in the lead up and the guests were kept separate from me by the partition of my kitchen wall during the entire performance.
I constructed each guest their own unique sandwich, planned and assembled from what I knew about their characters and preferences.
Guests were given anonymous feedback forms to complete in secrecy which I collected after all sandwiches were finished.
I warned guests that they are not to ever reveal their true feelings about their sanwdiwch to me.
As such this performance is still ongoing.
The performance was filmed on four simultaneously running GoPros managed and set up by myself. It exists as a split-screen film.
